Caroline earned her Master’s of Science at Upstate Medical University in 2014, graduating Magna Cumme Laude with a minor in nursing education. During her time at Upstate, she served as president of her class. In that role, she developed and implemented several programs for her colleagues and patients, including the utilization of specialized medical workshop days and career focused lecture days.
Caroline began her NP career in the specialization of Pain Management, focusing on the management of acute and chronic pain including procedural interventions. Next, Caroline took a position at Syracuse Community Health Center in primary care where she thoroughly enjoyed working with vulnerable populations. Caroline gained invaluable experience at this position as her team was on the front lines of the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic for several months. In 2020, Caroline then joined us at CNY Spine and Pain, returning to her passion of Pain Management and utilizing a variety of her skills and techniques.
In addition to her above work history, Caroline has extensive background in teaching nursing education, which has included instruction at Upstate Medical University, Lemoyne College, Excelsior School of Nursing and OCM Boces. Through her teaching experience as well as community presentations, Caroline is considered a local leader in both Nursing Education and Pain Management.
Caroline is committed to continuing education in her specialties to assist in her goal of providing the absolute best standard of care for her patients.
